Here is a rough estimate of methane emissions from natural waters that are not reported in the 2023 submission:

Mean    198,7 kt CH4 

Max       1.033,9 kt CH4 

Methane emissions from artificial waters on a significant scale were reported for the first time in Submission 2023, see National Inventory Report p.576ff
